What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs €3.90 for jewelry and €4.90 for perfumes. It is free for purchases of €35 or more.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, then another email when it has been shipped.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to cancel your purchase without having to provide a reason. Write to us at legrasrobert@icloud.com with your order number. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned.

I received a damaged item or an item different from my order

Write to us at legrasrobert@icloud.com within 7 days of receipt, including photos. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid prolonged contact with water and perfumes.

How do I store my perfume?

Store it away from light and heat, with the cap tightly closed.
